CinemaSins

There is a channel on YouTube called CinemaSins and this channel exclusively produces videos that highlight everything wrong with popular movies.

You only have to watch one video to see just how thorough they are.

They leave no stone unturned and hone in on every possible mistake.

It is perfectionism at its finest!

At first I thought it was very pessimistic (to point out all the flaws of everyone’s favourite movies) but now I see the channel in a new light.

The comprehensiveness with which they analyse each movie leads me to believe that a lot of effort goes into their reviews.

Furthermore even movies that are universally liked by fans and critics weren’t safe from the claws of CinemaSins (Pulp Fiction, The Dark Knight, the Matrix).

So I think the lessons here are: there’s no such thing as perfect and if you scrutinise anything long enough you’ll find mistakes.
