You can bet that the last training session before the tournament and the final meeting before the launch will draw 100% attendance.
I think it’s seen as a display of commitment.
Those who miss it are judged to be apathetic to the cause.
An extra effort to attend is expected.
If you don’t appear you best believe the worthiness of your excuse will be debated by those who showed up.
