It’s funny how much our exterior wrappings can effect our interior view.

From watching a few makeover episodes you can instantly see how people hold themselves differently from a simple outfit change.

I’m guilty of it myself.

As soon as I don a suit, it brings a smile to my face and I immediately start to impersonate James Bond.

Seeing a handsome reflection smiling back at you chips away at any belief of ugliness and starts to build a belief in beauty.

‘Well I seem to be showing all the telltales signs of a good-looking person, therefore I must be good-looking!’
