Worry accuracy

Did you know they record Tom Brady’s passes?

Sports analysts tally his pass completions and his failed attempts to come up with a pass percentage.

It’s an interesting metric to show the accuracy and effectiveness of the player.

Now what if someone applied that principle to worrying?

What if we tallied all the times the scenario we dreaded actually materialised?

What if we could boil down the effectiveness of worrying to a percentage?

I would hazard a guess that only 1% of the time the scenario I worry about actually comes true. A metric that helps in any future battle against anxiety.
