Bossy’s first draft

When a bunch of strangers come together and have to perform immediately, I think it helps to have one person take control.

The initial awkwardness and social anxiety can be too much for most so it helps to have an experienced individual / bossy personality telling everyone where to go and what to do.

Now whether the bossy personality is making the right decisions or not is another thing.

But for taking the blank page and creating a ‘shitty first draft’ they can be a gift from the team building gods.
