I think every team needs someone to care.

Otherwise apathy and negligence seeps in.

With professional teams the coach or manager is paid to care the most but with volunteer and amateur teams it relies on someone stepping up to the caring plate.

Someone to start and nudge the momentum even if it’s something as simple as – shall we meet up?
