Problem solving faith

The following is an excerpt from Soren’s conversation with a dear friend:

I’m so lost, I have no idea what to do with my career.

I find psychology fascinating and I felt a desire to become a psychologist but what if I gave someone bad advice and they committed suicide because of it?

I had an inkling to work as a writer but then I thought what if I get a boss who only gives really nasty feedback?

I’m kind of drawn to sales but then it occurred to me what if the targets are too hard to hit and I struggle to pay the rent because I never make a single sale?

“It will all be okay – This oft repeated phrase might mean, ‘everything will turn out the way you want it to’ But it doesn’t. In fact, it never turns out that way. It actually means something will happen and whatever happens, you can figure out what to do with that. Because defining what happens as ‘okay’ we open the door to accepting our work and our world and our quest to make things better.”
