The blame game

It starts with a mistake or a snafu or a mishap.

Then we have the inquisitor.

This is the person who starts the game.

They bring the tension.

They get the other players nervous – a crucial ingredient for the game. Some might even say the cornerstone of the game!

Then the next step is finger pointing.

Everyone tries to shift blame to someone else and as emotions rise so does the tension.

Now the game ends when a brave honest secure soul puts their hand up and admits that they made the mistake (note: the brave soul also has to be the guilty party, they can’t just admit fault just to make the game stop).

Whilst some might call this an admirable act it completely ruins the game because it sucks all the tension out of the atmosphere and everyone has to go back to their drama-less lives.

Witch hunt over.

Blame game finished.
