Dispassionate criticisms

On a night out your suggestions for change can be dismissed as drunken gibberish.

If you get too emotional, the accused can divert attention away from what you say to how you’re saying it and whisper stupid things to others like – oh it must be that time of the month again.

But when your criticisms are typed up in a dispassionate professional manner and written down in black and white you leave the accused with no hiding places.
