Autumn in New England was, as advertised, beautiful.
The colours I saw!
The evergreen leaves hung beside the occasionally orange, which hung beside the rarely red, which hung beside the sometimes scarlet.
It didn’t occur to me that all but the ever green leaves were on death’s door.
There was me just staring up in awe.
To all the leaves it was probably a terrible day, an awful day, a massacre!
But to me it was just fuel for the ‘gram’!
