The principles are easy to learn and even if you don’t have the time to train them yourself there are millions of articles online to help.

I think a good attitude and a strong work ethic are the most important aspects.

And yet the person with 3 years of sitting on their arse doing nothing is considered and the tenacious youngster with a thirst to prove themselves is dismissed.
