“Under bylaw 53b you must first have reasonable cause before conducting any form of investigation”
I don’t know what that means.
I simply regurgitated it.
If you asked me for my opinion on bylaw 53b I’d be speechless.
I had no idea how to interpret bylaw 53b any other way that spewing that sentence down on the paper.
That was my school learning in a nutshell – essay vomit.
Then I went abroad and a classmate told me that teaching was the best form of learning.
And I told her she had that backward.
But she explained to me that you cannot truly master a topic until you are able to teach it to someone else.
Because teaching doesn’t mean simply repeating what you read it means knowing the matter so well that you can strip it down, distil it to the bare essentials or find parallels in unrelated fields to help foster understanding in the student.
