Problems, not people, are pigs

You might think that people are the problem.

But oftentimes people are influenced by their environment.

And so, it’s studying and changing the circumstances that most often lead to resolutions.

That’s all a bit abstract so here are a few examples.

It’s not that Jedediah is impossible it’s just that he’s irascible when hungry. Bring a Snickers to your next meeting and you’ll find him to be quite pleasant.

Jerry has a massive ego and will become angry when dismissed, it’s best to credit his contributions as much as possible to appease his ego.

Yes Julie is very quiet but that doesn’t mean she lacks leadership qualities, she’s just intimidated by large meetings. Get her on her own and she’s got great ideas.

Now some people will just be contrarians through and through but the majority adapt to the context they’re in.
