In an ideal world you’d have a team of greats.
No weaknesses whatsoever.
But when has the world ever been ideal?
Some will waste their life searching for perfect options.
Others will pick a team of good enoughs and make them great.
I think it’s one of the most noble things you can do for another human being.
Believe in them, give them a chance, nurture them and show them that the sky is the limit for them.
I think people never forget that.
