In an episode of Taskmaster the contestants had to get coconuts down the hill via a skateboard but if anyone used the same equipment as another they would be disqualified.
One of the coconut travelling options available was a perfectly made coconut container and labelled as such.
And the contestants were told it would safely transport 35 coconuts (this would have won the task for someone).
But none of the contestants used it.
Each one of em figured it was too obvious to use, dismissed it, and suffered the consequences of unfit equipment.
It was mad!
No one thought to counter their initial response and use the coconut container banking on everyone else ignoring it.
It was a fascinating example of human logic.
