Antonio once heard of an experiment where a rat was put in charge of its own cocaine supply.
All the rat had to do was hit a button and cocaine would pop into the cage.
In the end, the rat died of a cocaine overdose.
Sometimes Antonio feels like that rat.
Not with cocaine but with dopamine.
When work gets a bit hard, he reaches for his phone.
When the TV he’s watching isn’t enthralling, he reaches for his phone.
When there’s a lull in the conversation, he reaches for his phone.
His dopamine levels never fall below 100% because he has unlimited data and carries a power bank everywhere.
Lord knows how he sleeps.
