You’re not your actions.
You’re not your achievements.
You’re not your job.
The real and true you is your inner essence.
‘Could you be more specific please?‘
Deep down underneath all the superficialness is your true nature.
‘And what is that?’
That’s up to you to find.

I appreciate the effort to be broad to help lots of people but the abstract nature is infuriating for me.
Furthermore I think understanding is a fundamental building block to change and I wonder how anyone can find their inner essence if they have no idea what they are looking for or where to find it!
