Anxious supporter

Ireland are tipped to win the world cup and the anxious fan will be white knuckling it for two months whilst the tournament plays out.

The threat of failure, the pain of disappointment and the uncertainty of it all means the nervous supporter will only be happy when it’s all over.

It doesn’t matter how much they beat Romania by, they won’t be celebrating til they know for certain if Ireland are world champions or not.
