Robots wanted

They use the carrot and the stick.

They encourage fun but lambast too much fun.

They ply them with energy drinks and sugary treats.

In the morning they pit staff against each other and in the evening they force team work.

It’s like the managers are cattle herders and the team are their cows.

I think if you asked the managers to describe their perfect worker, they would describe a robot.

Someone who never needs a break, never loses energy or motivation. Just a machine that consistently delivers high performance.

If you’re a robot you should go for this job but if you’re a human why would you want a job like this?
