The team is stacked.
It has talent and experience coming out of its ears.
I don’t think any other team can boast such a strong and deep squad.
And yet, this team cannot win a tournament to save it’s life.
Why?
Because the team chemistry, the foundation of any good team, is awful.
What’s more is that everyone knows it.
You would not shock any of the players with this insight.
But the thing is, how do you solve the problem of team chemistry?
You imagine it would require the delicate and messy work of airing grievances and who knows how personal and ugly that might get!
Is everyone willing to make it a little bit (maybe a lotta bit) worse before it gets better?
Or will the threatening potential negativity get to us and we end up sweeping it all under the rug and snipe at each other for another year?
