If you say I don’t know in an interview you look honest.
Yes it would be better that you did know but bonus points for integrity.
If you don’t know and bluff the answer you are playing a risky game.
Because
1) what if they follow up with a deeper question to test your knowledge or
2) your answer is so wrong that you reveal your lack of knowledge and your tendency to lie.
