As I confided in my confidant it was clear that others had confided in them too.
This wasn’t a surprise.
It was clear that this person had mastered the art of non-judgemental conversation.
And could create a conversational space where you felt safe, where no topic was off limits, and where you wouldn’t be shamed for silly or edgy questions.
That is a fantastic skill that should not be taken lightly.
