Just do your part

I think as a race, within a team, we crave structure and clarity.

We want to know what our job is and where we stand in the pecking order.

Firstly it gives us less to worry about and secondly it provides a certainty to how you are contributing to the team.

Corporations will be benefitting from this already with their org charts and job descriptions but the amaetur frisbee team might not yet know the improvements roles could provide them.
