When cutting the lawn with a pair of scissors there is a temptation to power through and get it all done in an hour.
But experience shows us that that pace leaves us exhausted and the task still incomplete.
The most enjoyable way to do this laborious task is to find a speed that is easy to maintain for long periods of time and doesn’t rob us of our energy when we want to use it for the things we actually want to do.
