Oblivious or blind eye

There is bullying happening in the classroom.

Is the teacher oblivious or are they turning a blind eye?

I think neither are good but I reckon turning a blind eye is much worse.

Being oblivious can be forgiven, they’re probably naive and once they realize their mistake they’ll never make it again but knowing a child has been tormented and not acting is cowardice.
