I think the way to put manners on a manipulator is to expose their duplicitous nature.
Shine a light on their texts, record their calls, share their voice notes.
The politicians never bother the victims of their scandals after they’ve gone to the press.
Why would they?
The victims have shown that the area around them is brightly lit and exposed.
The politician prefers secrecy and darkness to do their dirty deeds.
They prey on individuals too scared to come forward.
