Compulsive liars

I don’t think anyone chooses to be a compulsive liar.

I think everyone would like to be honest and truthful.

But for the compulsive liar, lying became a necessity to survive.

They had to think quickly to avoid a violent parent or to cover up a potential vulnerability.
