I theorise that someone who went to cooking school in the past but nowadays never cooks themselves, has a domineering inner critic.
They had a passionate for it in the beginning.
They were shown higher standards but struggled to find ‘good enough’ so they don’t cook anymore for fear of awakening the beast within!
