I think when you frame the difficulty to appeal to ego you attract a certain status seeker.
Someone who prides themselves on their strength/resilience/courage.
To continue to describe the difficulty and say only few have done it is to only excite them more.
You’re selling recognition for toughness so don’t sugarcoat it, make it grittier.
