There once was a handyman named Spike.
Spike was the kind of handyman who loved being done.
So much so that he would often be in and out of a house within 10 minutes.
Spike loved being done so much that he frequently wouldn’t take the time to understand the problem.
In fact one time the homeowner was describing the problem with their sink when Spike saw that a light bulb needed replacing and instead of fixing the important issue the homeowner cared a lot about, Spike swapped bulbs, declared done and walked out of the house proud as punch.
Spike has got skills and he’s mad fast but he’s a terrible problem solver.
You see his love of done means he’s only looking for quick and easy problems to solve.
He stays on the surface when it’s best to get to the root of the problem and solve the issue for the long term.
