Leadership alignment

Agamemnon has the general title but Achilles has the respect of the soldiers.

The trouble is, they’re both saying different things and the soldiers don’t know who to follow.

In the uncertainty and ambiguity the troops are being slaughtered left, right, and centre.

And so they are defeated at the battle of Carthage.

Because the leadership team couldn’t align.
