When the bully is bullying it can feel personal and insulting.
But if you were to consider the bigger picture.
Like for example their childhood, their track record, their relationships with others, then, you’ll more often than not, find that it isn’t personal at all.
And that helps.
It’s got nothing to do with you.
It’s just the place you occupy in the universe right now.
