“It’s not fair, it’s a rigged game!”
Referees get decisions wrong.
The hiring process is flawed.
Favouritism exists.
I don’t think anyone would argue that life is fair and I think complaining is a sign of someone who has come across an unjust obstacle that they’ve decided is too high for them to hurdle.
