I think when a team jumps in head first, it can cause problems down the line.
For example one half of the group are here to have fun, the other half are here to take it seriously.
As long as the team tries to achieve both goals simultaneously, they will fail at both.
The people who take it seriously will shout at those here for a laugh. Those attending for fun will get upset that their vibe is being harshed and stop showing up.
So I think a quick clarification session can clear things up.
As a group, are we here to take it seriously or to have some fun?
