In the world of humans where flaws and mistakes are plenty it’s very easy to criticise.
But what if you’re in a situation where you actually need the other person to course correct and learn a new way?
Well an alternative I learned from Scott Razor Robertson was to not invest time and effort in criticism but to take time to paint the picture in as much detail as possible of what you’d like them to do.
