Acquiring rugby balls and cones is easy.

Finding a bit of grass to practice on is simple.

Coming up with drills is not that hard.

But trying to convince people who don’t care to make time and show up so that you can play better as a team – nearly impossible.

The team with that problem won’t be a team. They’ll be a group of individuals.
