Nobody expects anything from them. Everyone doubts them.
In that regard, I reckon the women have more personal development to gain than the men’s.
The men are favourites. Their last game is a formality.
But the women are on the verge of acquiring Roger Bannister-like status.
For them this is the most important game of their lives and if they win they will reap 100 times the personal growth the men gain.
