There is a lot of pleasure activities that have pain side effects.
For example overeating, drug consumption, excess social media usage etc.
But for some reason or other, walking in nature feels like a pure pleasure source that has no pain side effects.
Yes it’s a much smaller high than drugs or TikTok but there’s a simple beauty to it that makes it feel good for the soul.
