The team is great except for this one player.
This one player is on their 8th team because no one wants to play with them.
And from the way they’re acting it looks like they haven’t learnt their lesson either.
They began ok but now they’re starting to act up and show all the traits that got them kicked off the other teams.
Namely, being deeply selfish, complaining openly about others, and not contributing much to the team.
In my opinion, if I were running that 8th team, I would make an attempt to make them feel welcome, address their complaints, and overall give them a chance.
But if they keep disrupting, then I think you have to ask them to leave.
It’s a sports team, you’re not a psychiatrist, you’re not here to save anyone.
The culture of the team needs to be protected.
