If ever you needed evidence of the state of the nation when it comes to body image you can visit the local sauna.
I posit that hundreds of years of fat shaming has not yet been undone by the recent positive body image movement and that most women will be wearing one piece bathing suits instead of bikinis and men, who have largely avoided the fat shaming, will be displaying their bellies without a second thought.
