Some do a ‘dry’ January, some do ‘Veganuary’ but what about giving up on the approval of others?
Imagine a future you that doesn’t panic their way to praise.
It won’t all come at once.
There’s no switch to flick for an instant fix.
But you could aim to rebalance the weighting in favour of your own approval by next year.
For example let’s aim to lower the importance of others approval down from 90% in December to 80% by the end of February and down to 60% by June and so on and so forth.
We typically give up physical toxicants but what about mental ones?
