I found it fascinating to hear Shane Horgan talk about watching Gordon D’Arcy and Brian O’Driscoll’s decline and I agree that agility is crucial to improving as you age.
It’s a great reminder of being human, of the inevitably of age, and how the greats are great because they choose to reinvent themselves constantly to stay relevant.
