When Carl is there and the group is a 4 it resembles a rugby changing room with all its accompanying lad banter and toxic masculinity.
But when Carl is absent and the group is a 3 the conversation plumbs new emotional depths.
I wouldn’t blame you for believing it was a completely different group.
The demeanor, the tone, and the body language all change immensely.
But what’s even more interesting is that none of the 3 highlight this.
They just switch gears naturally without questioning it depending on whether Carl is there or not.
