I’m watching the Aaron Rodgers documentary and in episode 1 he’s 40 years old, he’s just torn his Achilles and he’s driving everyone around him crazy trying to defy the odds to make it back by the end of the season.
The unnecessary snippiness and impatience makes you wonder – where is this behaviour coming from?
It’s not like he has to prove himself, he’s already won over the critics and a Superbowl over the past 20 years.
My guess is, American Football is all that he’s known, retirement scares him and so he’s desperate to get back in the pitch.
