Culture changers

There are certain people you could add to a group and the dial measuring culture would not move at all.

Then there are personalities so big that the culture is infinitely different when they are present or not.

I think you need to do your due diligence when considering accepting the larger than life character.

If they are a shining beacon of positivity and they make everyone around them better, then by all means accept them.

But if they have a toxic side then their potential is to be the bad apple that contaminates the whole batch and watch your hard won culture sour in seconds right in front of your eyes.
