Courage spreads

The rugby goal kicker shoulders a lot of pressure.

When he misses he feels that his whole team hates him.

His teammates don’t hate him. They actually admire him for stepping up in those high pressure moments and trying.

But do they say it to him?

That act feels like it could be subject to ridicule.

“What if the other lads make fun of me for being too sensitive?”

Courage on behalf of the teammate can result in more courage in the kicker.
