The discipline on the waitress was fantastic.

Despite the growing crowd waiting to be seated, the visibly frustrated customers without food, and the enormous table all wishing to pay separately she didn’t veer from doing one task at a time.

She just methodically turned the mountain into a manageable molehill, one task at a time.
