There are dominant personalities and there are timid personalities.

I think a mistake many Betas make when trying to deal with Alphas is the notion that you have to control them and they get very anxious about preparing for imaginary fights.

Trying to exert power over them or coming down hard on disobedience isn’t the answer, I reckon.

I think the solution is largely a laissez faire approach with a small list of non negotiables.

Let them know the boundaries but largely let them play.

If they like the environment they won’t want to mess with it.
