Old and hard-working

The young and talented and the old and hard-working.

That’s how’s the team is divided.

The young haven’t had to try to be good. It comes naturally to them. They somehow got a head start on everyone and they’re cashing on.

The old and hard-working were once young and talented but age caught up with them and slowly started robbing them of their ability.

Therefore they had to continuously apply increasing amounts of effort to keep up with the young whippersnappers.

The old folk could curse time but what they have to pay in effort they cash in on resilience and if shit should hit the fan the young uns will turn to the oldies to steer them out of the darkness.
