Odd comments

I think odd comments come from feeling obliged to communicate but at the same time wanting to hide something.

Now to be clear I’m not talking about silly conversations where the purpose is to be silly and have fun.

I mean weird ways of admitting mistakes, or unusual ways of saying I love you.

They know the words, they know how to pronounce them but they’re not yet secure enough to vocalise them.
